Current Licensees
Each certified real estate education vendor must designate a contact person. This individual is responsible for ensuring the vendor and all approved training locations comply with the Louisiana Real Estate License Law and the Commission’s rules and regulations. The contact person is accountable to the Commission for any violations.
The contact person must also ensure that staff and instructors are informed of updates to real estate laws, Commission rules, and Commission policies and procedures.
If a vendor appoints a new contact person, the Commission must be notified within 10 days. To change the designated contact person, complete and submit the Change of Designated Contact Person form located in the forms section in the sidebar.
