It is not a substitute for the Commission’s Rules and Regulations. Education Vendors are responsible for thoroughly reviewing Chapter 55 of the Rules before utilizing the information contained in this booklet. These guidelines are intended to supplement the Commission’s rules regarding course subject matter and approval criteria.
