Current Licensees
The following information is provided for delinquent licensees, licensees transferring from inactive to active, and licensees who must complete a mandatory topic to satisfy an education audit:
- 2023 Mandatory Topic – LREC 2023 Mandatory Course Four one-hour subject areas: Contract Forms Review, FEMA Flood Insurance; Advertising; and Misrepresentation (this course must be taken by BOTH salespersons and brokers)
- 2023 Commercial Mandatory Alternate – Successful Strategies for Tenant Representation (this course may be taken by BOTH salespersons and brokers)
- 2023 Broker Mandatory Topic – LREC 2023 Broker Mandatory Four one-hour subject areas: Agency Relationships; Personnel Hiring, Training, & Staffing; Use of Technology; and Legal & Administrative – Rules Compliance
- 2022 Mandatory Topic – 36 Ways to Lose Your License (this course must be taken by BOTH salespersons and brokers)
- 2022 Commercial Mandatory Alternate – Valuation: What Commercial Clients Need Their Agents to Know (this course may be taken by BOTH salespersons and brokers)
- 2021 Mandatory Topic – Basics of Investment Property and Property Management (this course must be taken by BOTH salespersons and brokers)
- 2020 Mandatory Topic – Fair Housing and Cultural Diversity (this course must be taken by BOTH salespersons and brokers)
- 2019 Mandatory Topic – LREC Updates and Addenda (this course must be taken by BOTH salespersons and brokers)
- 2019 Broker Mandatory Topic – 2019 Broker Mandatory Course (must be taken by all associate brokers and brokers)
- 2018 Mandatory Topic – Real Estate Best Practices
- 2017 Mandatory Topic – Insurance Awareness and Contract Timelines (this course must be taken by BOTH salespersons and brokers)
- 2017 Broker Mandatory Topic – Broker Responsibility (this course must be taken by all brokers (associate and individual) in a LIVE CLASSROOM FORMAT)
- 2016 Mandatory Topic – CFPB & You, CFPB & Agency, or Agency
- 2015 Mandatory Topic – Property Measurement and Pricing
- 2014 Mandatory Topic – Four one-hour subject areas: Agency and Brokerage, Environmental Hazards, Technology, and Practical Finance. These topics represent one course. They are not four separate topics from which to choose.
