Post-Licensing Education Requirements

Individuals who transfer their license to the inactive status within 180 days of initial licensure are not required to fulfill the 45-hour post-license education requirement. These individuals will be required to complete this requirement prior to transferring to the active status.

Post-license education must be taken from an LREC-approved state-certified real estate school.
