Carole Horn is a successful Louisiana Broker Associate with a career spanning 50 years. She is an active, high-producing agent with Latter & Blum serving Lafayette and surrounding areas who also works diligently to improve her industry through volunteerism at the local, state, and national levels.

She has served as President of both her local and state REALTOR associations as well having served as a National Association of REALTORS officer as a Regional Vice President. She has been named REALTOR of the Year for both the Acadiana area and for the State of Louisiana.

Her emphasis of service in recent years is in the legislative arena. She chaired the Steering Committee instrumental in passing the Constitutional Amendment banning property transfer taxes in Louisiana and currently serves as a Political Trustee for the REALTOR Association of Acadiana (RAA), Louisiana REALTORS (LR) and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). In addition, she is on the Board of Directors for Louisiana REALTORS and will begin service on the National Association of REALTORS Board of Directors in 2025.

During her career she has been recognized for her work including the 2023 National Association of REALTORS Federal Political Coordinator’s Meritorious Service Award given annually to only two REALTORS in the United States. She has also received the Louisiana REALTORS Lawrence De Marcay Lifetime Achievement Award and the REALTOR Association of Acadiana Lloyd G. Smith Lifetime Achievement Award. NAR has inducted her into the Multi-level RPAC Hall of Fame and RAA named her as a Lifetime Honor Society member.
