All real estate schools must designate a director, whose duties include ensuring that the operations of the school, and all training locations, adhere to the requirements of the Louisiana Real Estate License Law and the Rules and Regulations of the Commission.

If the designated school director for a real estate school is changed, the Commission must be notified in writing within 10 days of the change.
