As President Joe, Jr. acts as Broker and is focused onguiding Rampart/Wurth Holding’s strategic vision and overseeing itsimplementation. Prior to becoming President, Joe, Jr. worked in various aspectsof the real estate business where he excelled in commercial asset/propertymanagement, sales, leasing, and valuation. Over the years and with Joe, Jr.’sguidance, RWH has invested heavily in technology as well as focused onattracting and training specialized personnel, both of which have resulted innumerous efficiencies. Joe Jr.’s focus on optimizing operations has ensured theRWH brands maintain its position as a market leader. In early 2023 Joeco-founded Wurth+, a full-service residential and commercial maintenance andconstruction company, which operates in several markets across the region.Among the certifications Joe, Jr. holds, he is one of a select few Institute ofReal Estate Management (IREM) members worldwide to hold every major CommercialReal Estate and Property Management designation; namely, the CCIM, CPM, ARM andACoM. Joe, Jr. also holds the distinction of being Rampart/Wurth’s ExecutiveCPM. Additionally, he holds the Certified Green Property Manager Certification(CGPM) a.k.a. “GREEN” certification bestowed by NAHMA. Furthermore, Joe, Jr. isa licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Producer and was instrumental in thedevelopment of and continues to spearhead the insurance services arm of thecompany. Moreover, Joe, Jr. happens to be one of the youngest appointees everconfirmed by the Senate to a Real Estate Commission having been appointed tothe Louisiana Real Estate Commission (LREC) by the Honorable Governor John BelEdwards in 2020 and in 2023 became its Vice-Chair. Joe, Jr. is also very muchinvolved in the community and serves on the Board of Directors of numerousphilanthropic/non-profit organizations.

Joe, Jr. has had the pleasure of attending various schoolsof higher education around the world and has degrees in Business as well as hisJuris Doctorate. After admission to the Louisiana State Bar, Joe, Jr. went onto concentrate in the practice of Real Estate Law and then later on to excel inthe practice of civil, corporate, and commercial litigation. He is licensed topractice before the Eastern District Court of Louisiana, Middle District Courtof Louisiana, Western District Court of Louisiana, and the United States FifthCircuit Court of Appeals.
