As President, Joe Jr. acts as Broker and is focused on guiding Rampart/Wurth Holding’s strategic vision and overseeing its implementation.

Prior to becoming President, Joe Jr. worked in various aspects of the real estate business, where he excelled in commercial asset/property management, sales, leasing, and valuation. Over the years, and with Joe Jr.’s guidance, RWH has invested heavily in technology as well as focused on attracting and training specialized personnel—both of which have resulted in numerous efficiencies. Joe Jr.’s focus on optimizing operations has ensured that the RWH brands maintain their position as market leaders.

In early 2023, Joe co-founded Wurth+, a full-service residential and commercial maintenance and construction company, which operates in several markets across the region.

Among the certifications Joe Jr. holds, he is one of a select few Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) members worldwide to hold every major Commercial Real Estate and Property Management designation—namely, the CCIM, CPM, ARM, and ACoM. Joe Jr. also holds the distinction of being Rampart/Wurth’s Executive CPM. Additionally, he holds the Certified Green Property Manager Certification (CGPM), also known as the “GREEN” certification bestowed by NAHMA.

Furthermore, Joe Jr. is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Producer and was instrumental in the development of, and continues to spearhead, the insurance services arm of the company. Moreover, Joe Jr. is one of the youngest appointees ever confirmed by the Senate to a Real Estate Commission, having been appointed to the Louisiana Real Estate Commission (LREC) by the Honorable Governor John Bel Edwards in 2020, and in 2023 became its Vice Chair.

Joe Jr. is also very involved in the community and serves on the Board of Directors of numerous philanthropic and non-profit organizations.

He has attended various schools of higher education around the world and holds degrees in Business as well as his Juris Doctorate. After admission to the Louisiana State Bar, Joe Jr. went on to concentrate in the practice of Real Estate Law and later excelled in civil, corporate, and commercial litigation. He is licensed to practice before the Eastern District Court of Louisiana, Middle District Court of Louisiana, Western District Court of Louisiana, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
