The Louisiana Real Estate Commission (LREC) is requesting suggestions for revisions to the Residential Agreement to Buy or Sell and the Residential Property Disclosure forms. Your insights are invaluable in assisting the Standardized Forms Committee as they review and update these documents later this year.
Every two years, the LREC, in collaboration with Louisiana REALTORS®, establishes a committee of industry leaders to evaluate and refine these two mandatory forms. This committee carefully reviews feedback from licensees across the state to ensure the forms remain clear, effective, and aligned with current real estate practices. Your input plays a crucial role in shaping these updates.
