2026 Mandatory Forms Now Available Online
The Louisiana Real Estate Commission (LREC) is pleased to announce that the 2026 Mandatory Forms are now available online. These forms include the Property Disclosure Form and the Residential Agreement to Buy or Sell Form.
Please note that the 2026 Mandatory Forms are effective January 1, 2026, and should not be used before this date. Until then, licensees should continue using the current mandatory forms, which are available in the LREC Forms Database.
The LREC extends its appreciation to all who contributed feedback and assisted in updating these important documents to better serve the industry and the public.
