Doneva was born and raised in Metairie.  While attending University of New Orleans she began working in property management and her future in real estate began.  In 1995 she married and moved to the Northshore.   She obtained her Real Estate License in 1998 and began working with RE/MAX Real Estate Partners and over the next 14 years held several positions becoming Director of Operations for all of their offices in the Greater New Orleans Area.  From 2012 to 2020, Doneva continued on the same path by running RE/MAX Elite in Mandeville as Broker/Owner.  In 2020 she sold her ownership in RE/MAX and joined the management team at Coldwell Banker TEC.
